What is the limited warranty on BMB products?
The warranty covers amplifiers and speakers for the first year from the date of the first consumer purchase.

What does BMB’s warranty cover?
Your warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship.

The following
are not covered:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse.
  • Product modification or neglect.
  • Damage occurring during shipment.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions
    contained in your instruction manual or BMB’s instructions.
  • Damage resulting from the performance of repairs
    by someone not authorized by BMB.

BMB will take care of all labour and material costs for all repairs covered by the
warranty and return shipping only. The customer is responsible for transporting
the product for repair. We suggest using sufficient packing materials, shipping
boxes and using a carrier that provides insurance and a tracking number. BMB is
not responsible for any packages that become lost or damaged in transit.
